Shipping

jeofroi.com will offer free standard shipping, (5-7)business days within the U.S. We offer expedited (2-3 day) or next-day shipping for an additional charge, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.Please note we do not ship to P.O Boxes. Once an order is in the shipping stage it will not be able to be amended. 

All items are shipped in boxes and JEOFROI Branded garments bags. While we do not offer gift wrapping at this time, please know that all items are shipped with thoughtful packaging.

A signature will be required upon delivery for all JEOFROI orders.

Returns / Exchanges 

For applicable items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. JEOFROI will only accept new, unworn, unused, undamaged, and unaltered items with all garment tags attached. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, packing materials, and garment bags. JEOFROI reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the return criteria. Returns are not accepted on any item that features embellishments, custom orders, or items marked 'final sale'.

As all items are made to order, JEOFROI does not accept exchanges at this time. Please return your original item, meeting the return criteria stated above, and place a new order. 

Pre-Order

Items available for preorder will appear with the option to “Add to Cart”, the estimated ship by date for each item is located on the product page beneath the description. When purchasing an item available for preorder you will be charged immediately. Once your pre-ordered item(s) ship you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

JEOFROI offers Full bespoke services specializing in women’s wear with a strong expertise in evening-wear, bridal and couture finishing techniques. 

All services come with an hour consultation to better decipher and asses the specific client need and appropriate service.
